OÉSARI™ is an Australian-based skincare brand. All products are crafted in small, considered batches to preserve quality and freshness. By purchasing from us, you confirm you are over 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. As our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur.
From time to time, formulations or ingredient lists may be updated. Current product information and ingredient lists will be reflected in our product descriptions and packaging as applicable.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic (Australia): Flat rate shipping applies, with free shipping available on orders over $150.
International: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays once the order has left Australia.
OÉSARI™ takes reasonable care to package products securely for delivery. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging so the matter can be assessed.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and for hygiene and safety reasons, OÉSARI™ does not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
If you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us with your order details and photographs where applicable so the matter can be assessed.

6. Skin Safety & Disclaimer
Our formulations are developed with sensitivity in mind; however, individual reactions can vary. We recommend patch-testing before full use and following all directions, precautions, and warnings provided with the product.
If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient information before use, particularly where they have known allergies or sensitivities.
